CSIM members, our long-awaited annual meeting is just around the corner!

We are pleased to announce that this year it will be held on May 14 at 10:00 a.m. at Ca l’Alier (Carrer Pere IV, 362).

We invite you to join us for this special day, where we will share the achievements of the past year as well as the plans and projects shaping our future. We will present the annual accounts, the current budget, the activity plan, and an overview of ongoing and upcoming projects.

This year, we’ll begin the day with a guided tour of Ca l’Alier, a landmark building in the city, renovated as a Smart Building. This pioneering space stands out for its energy efficiency, use of intelligent technologies, and commitment to sustainability—making it a benchmark in urban innovation.

After the General Assembly, we will welcome Aleix Valls, who will deliver an inspiring talk titled "PropTech: It’s Not the Future, It’s the Present of Real Estate."
Aleix is a recognized expert in innovation, technology, and digital transformation. He has been CEO of Mobile World Capital and is the founder of Liquid. His strategic vision and experience in the digital ecosystem make him one of the most influential voices today in tech-driven change.
